We have just tested 21 (Blu-ray) and can confirm that it is not region free.Please Note: Unlike many sites we do not simply copy information from around the net about the Region Coding status of USA Blu-ray discs. We also will not "guess" what region code a forthcoming release will be just to obtain a sale.
Each region coding test you see posted on our blog is tested by ourselves to ensure accuracy.
