We have just tested Dark City: Director's Cut (Blu-ray) and can confirm that it is not region free.
Note: Try as hard as we did, we were unable to get this New Line title to work via the method used on Harold & Kumar below.
Please Note: Unlike many sites we do not simply copy information from around the net about the Region Coding status of USA Blu-ray discs. We also will not "guess" what region code a forthcoming release will be just to obtain a sale.
